What People Are Saying:

Joining the OT Mentoring Circle has been invaluable for me, especially as I’ve stepped into the world of business ownership and solo OT practice. I found the group just before launching my own company, and the fortnightly sessions have been exactly what I needed—reassuring, practical, and confidence-building. Parish is an inspiring mentor. Her energy and love for occupational therapy are contagious, and her thoughtful guidance has helped me feel supported while navigating unfamiliar territory. I’ve learned so much not only from Parish’s insights but also from the real-world case discussions and contributions of other OTs in the group. The Mentoring Circle has helped me feel less alone in this journey and more empowered in my professional growth. I’m truly grateful to be part of it.

What I value most is the infectious enthusiasm that Parish brings to each session. She’s clearly always reflecting on her own practice, learning, and evolving—and that mindset filters into how she supports others. It’s inspiring to be mentored by someone who leads by example and genuinely wants to help others grow. I also find the contributions from the other OTs in the group really helpful—their client scenarios, questions, and insights are always relevant and thought-provoking.

I’ve found the OT Mentoring Circle to be a positive, engaging, and genuinely supportive space to be part of. Parish brings such enthusiasm and depth of knowledge to each session, and it’s clear she has a real passion for the profession and for mentoring others. The sessions strike a great balance between structure and openness, which makes it easy to stay engaged and reflect meaningfully on my own practice.

My experience has been really good. Its nice to collaborate with a group of OTs regularly being a sole practitioner.

Connecting with others and learning about others approaches and experiences.
